- Have completed Karen’s 21 Day Image Training.
- Have received a Certificate of Merit in either Image Management or Colour Analysis from the International Image Institute.
- Are a member of the Association of Image Consultants International.
- Interned with International Image Institute for a minimum of 250 hours.

AFFILIATION LEVELS
Authorized Trainer
 An authorized trainer is authorized to do training and consulting on behalf of International Image Institute Inc. for a particular region or country.
A consultant may qualify to be an Authorized Trainer if they have:
- Taken all Core and Advanced Programs as outlined in the III Training Curriculum.
- Repeated all Core Programs at least once.
- Received Certificates of Merit in both Colour Analysis and Image Management.
- Membership in Association of Image Consultants International.
- Achieved Certified Image Professional or Certified Image Master through AICI.
- Demonstrated a high degree of ethics, integrity, and accountability.
- Submitted in writing an outline of the training and marketing plan.
An authorized trainer receives:
- All training powerpoints, updated as required.
- Certificate template.
- Commission on all products sold to students of the Trainer.
- Tools for facilitating the training.
- Exposure on III website.
- Listing in Image Training Packet.
- Logo of III with “Authorized Trainer” to be visible on website.
- Ongoing mentoring and training as required
The authorized trainer’s obligations are to:
- Pay $100 CAD per student for each day of training, due at the beginning of each quarter: January 1, May 1, September 1.
- Provide a report of students’ names and contact information to III.
- Use the III powerpoints, which include the III logo on each page.
- Use the III relevant workbooks and products for training.
- Translate materials as required.
Students of the authorized trainer receives:
- Training from Karen at 50% for any courses repeated.
- Karen’s email updates.
 Authorized Provider
An Authorized Provider has purchased at least $5,000 in product, and is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International.
An authorized provider receives:
- Commission on all products sold to students/clients of the Provider.
- Exposure on III website.
- Logo of III with “Authorized Provider” to be visible on their website.
 Authorized Resource
An Authorized Resource is used by Karen for training and consulting. They are entitled to use the “Authorized Resource” logo.
